What do you see?
At this morning’s vision-trip devotional, GO Haiti team member, Odeness, took us to Genesis 1:26. He shared how the Lord had taught him to view life and its challenges thru the Truth of being created in the image of God.
He then asked us what we see when we look at Haitians. Do we see poverty and brokenness, or do we see brothers and sisters created in the image of God?
How about you? What do you see in this picture? Poor, orphaned children temporarily entertained by magic markers, paper plates, and American do-good’ers, or do you see children of the King, co-heirs of the riches and glory of Jesus Christ?
