CarePortal Regional Manager, Greater Nashville

The Regional Manager is a key position on the CarePortal team. This individual develops and maintains a network of requesting agencies, church and community responders, and Implementing Partners in and around the Metro Nashville area. The Regional Manager’s primary focus is to facilitate training and support for local church collaboration, child-serving agencies, and ministry partners. This is done by developing and leading a CarePortal Team of community volunteers and church leaders, facilitating relationships within the CarePortal Network and monitoring the CarePortal platform to encourage and facilitate meaningful connections. This position is highly relational and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Prior knowledge and/or experience working collaboratively alongside the child welfare system or with at-risk children is preferred.  The Regional Manager is supported by the Area Director overseeing the State of Tennessee. CarePortal Area Director, Tennessee/Arkansas

The Area Director (AD) is a critical field leadership team member of The Global Orphan Project’s domestic ministry and the CarePortal (CP) Platform. This leader serves as a champion for expanding, assessing, and improving the health of the CP’s ministry ecosystem in local communities served by Regional Managers and Ambassadors working for GO Project and/or Implementing Partners in TN and later AR.  In partnership with local field team leaders, the AD develops and maintains relationships with child serving agencies to serve as requesting partners.  Additionally, the AD identifies and equips non-profit Implementing Partners to utilize the CarePortal platform to accelerate their own local ministry efforts and serve more effectively in their communities.  This leader will have some direct field management responsibilities as assigned within existing markets and will lead the launch of new markets.  In these roles, the AD will help identify and develop agency and ministry partner relationships, provide ongoing support, and lead fundraising efforts. CarePortal Champion Ambassador, Ohio

The Champion Ambassador is a critical field team member of The Global Orphan Project’s domestic ministry and the CarePortal (CP) Platform. This leader serves as an expert supporting sustainability and scalability of CarePortal in local communities, particularly focusing on communities of concentrated poverty, and/or with high numbers of children in foster care.  In partnership with local field team leaders, the Champion Ambassador develops and maintains relationships with businesses, organizations, and individuals, inviting them to partner with CarePortal in their local communities by becoming a Community Champion or sponsor; resourcing local connecting churches to serve at the point of care, and sustaining the overall costs of the CarePortal platform.   This leader will have field responsibilities as assigned within existing markets and will partner with the Area Director by working to create church-business partnerships during the launch of new markets.  The role requires relational, operational, and managerial strengths to drive collaborative partnerships responding to meet the needs of children and families.  Email resumes to: [email protected].

CarePortal Field Training Specialist

Field Training Specialists are a key field leader in the CarePortal network who are passionate about what this platform is able to do and helping others achieve those results. They are uniquely qualified by their own experience as a CarePortal network leader, which they maintain in this role in a part-time capacity, and use that experience to equip other network leaders and Area Directors in their assigned geographies with practical support and coaching. Their voice and influence is expected to be strategic, humble, culturally-relevant, and capable of addressing nuanced situations that lead to an increased quality and quantity of impact for the various networks they serve. CarePortal network leaders and Area Directors can be much more successful with the support of Field Training Specialists who understand the complexities and challenges of a CarePortal ecosystem and its technological impact.
