Experience developing and supporting native mobile apps and API integrations will go a long way.
Mobile Developer
CarePortal is currently searching for a full-time Mobile Developer to be part of the growing tech team to make CarePortal a world class platform that serves children around the world. The right candidate is a proven, productive, IT professional specialized in developing mobile applications with two years’ experience in systems like Flutter, React, Swift or Kotlin. The Mobile Developer will also need to have a solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including building and releasing on both iOS and Android. You would love this role if you are passionate about seeing technology used to serve people and expand the Kingdom of God.

Training Specialist
Training Specialists are integral to the professional and effective onboarding of new network leaders, as well as to the ongoing development, equipping, and coaching of these leaders. They use their knowledge and expertise on how CarePortal’s platforms work to help develop and improve content that equip users of all types to use these platforms with excellence, resulting in more families and kids being served. Training Specialists are talented, passionate, detail-oriented, and courageous team members who enjoy being challenged to improve systems and make things fun and easy to learn.

This full-time key position on the CarePortal team will develop and maintain a network of child serving agencies as requesters, church and community responders, and Implementing Partners in their assigned county(ies). The Regional Manager’s primary focus is to facilitate training and support for church collaboration, agencies, and ministry partners in the region. This is done by developing and leading a CarePortal Team of community volunteers and church leaders, facilitating relationships within the CarePortal Network and monitoring the CarePortal platform to encourage and facilitate meaningful connections. This position is highly relational and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior knowledge and/or experience working collaboratively alongside the child welfare system is preferred. The Regional Manager is supported by the Area Director overseeing the assigned region.
