CarePortal Regional Manager, Hennepin County, MN

The Regional Manager is a key position on the CarePortal team that develops and maintains a network of child serving agencies as requesters, church and community responders, and Implementing Partners in their assigned county(ies). The Regional Manager’s primary focus is to facilitate training and support for church collaboration, agencies, and ministry partners in the region. This is done by developing and leading a CarePortal Team of community volunteers and church leaders, facilitating relationships within the CarePortal Network and monitoring the CarePortal platform to encourage and facilitate meaningful connections. This position is highly relational and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Prior knowledge and/or experience working collaboratively alongside the child welfare system is helpful, but not required. The Regional Manager reports to and is supported by the Area Director overseeing the assigned region.

The part-time position is the relational ministry expert to churches and community champions that are assigned to their network. These network leaders are trusted, experientially qualified local leaders who recruit, train, empower, and walk alongside church and community leaders as they use the CarePortal platform with a vision for how to engage the “Whole Church” across lines of denomination, race, class, and culture. Ambassadors are supported by the leader within their organization serving as the Implementing Partner Admin, as well as Regional Managers (one per county), and the CarePortal Global Ministry Support (GMS) team. A person would love this role if God has given them a vision for seeing the Church answering the call for caring for the vulnerable and have a natural ability to network clergy and community leaders together.

Regional Manager, Greater Toledo, OH

The Regional Manager is an important, dynamic position in the CarePortal network. In the counties they are assigned, Regional Managers are the primary point of contact for training and supporting the approved agencies who enter vetted requests through the CarePortal platform. They also support the various ministry partners within their region who use the CarePortal platform as a tool for engaging and equipping their own networks of churches and community partners to collaborate and respond to these requests. Regional Managers are primarily focused on ensuring there is balance between the volume and type of requests being entered and the capacity of the various local partners to respond. This position requires a unique blend of relational and technical skill sets. Prior knowledge and/or experience working collaboratively alongside the child welfare system is preferred.

This position works directly with the creative team to craft content that fits with the developed strategy.
