C3 Missions expands in Cambodia
The Power of Grace Children’s Home in Phnom Phen, Cambodia has completed the construction of a second story. The second story was added to the original home built in 2004. The expansion will provide a home for approximately 20 more children. The Power of Grace Children’s Home now provides shelter and refuge to nearly 40 children.
C3 Missions is in need of providing bunk beds ($60 each) and clothing cabinets ($85 each) for these children. Support is currently being raised for additional kitchen tables/chairs and a few more bicycles.
Mike and Beth Fox visited the home in September. They observed a remarkable difference in the children from their visit the previous year. “It is wonderful to see the children happy, safe and healthy” commented Mike after his visit. ” What joy it brought us to see the kids laughing and playing when we visited them. Many of them were homeless and sick just a few months before. We are so thankful for the support from others to help these forgotten children.”
C3 Missions plans to build several more Children’s Homes in 2006. Currently, C3 Missions provides food and shelter for over 600 children in Haiti, Thailand and Cambodia.
