C3 to Hire Director of Operations
Word on the street (and news) is that job loss in the US is at an all time high and that our economy couldn’t be in worse shape. While there is no denying that times are tough there is also no denying the fact that real change is happening both economically and socially.
That change has been a positive for the folks here at C3, “when the economy shrinks the needs of children all over the world grow” according to Joe Knittig, Executive Director @ C3. It is that need for change that fuels C3, which in case you didn’t know is caring for over 3,200 orphaned and abandoned children in 14 different countries. The number of homes being built and children getting cared for by C3 is growing fast.
The addition of the Director of Operations role will help solidify C3 information systems, financial oversight, human resource processes and general operations needs just to name a few. For more on the story we have posted our need on craigslist (everything else is posted there, so why not!)
Since January C3 had added a Director of Marketing and a Director of Education, with needs and growth continuing in nearly every area of our cause. According to Knittig “we choose to let the childrens’ needs be our guide, that means we plan to grow”.
