An organization that works with orphans has developed a new model of operation which challenges traditional humanitarian-aid outreach efforts.
The Global Orphan Project, with headquarters in Kansas City, uses innovative business practices to reach some the neediest orphaned and vulnerable children in the world. Trading in their business attire for backpacks, mosquito nets, and passports, the Global Orphan Project — or sometimes called the ‘GO Project’ — was founded by Mike and Beth Fox in 2003.
