To the tune of caring for children
Ciera Kensington, a 22 year old singer/songwriter living in Nashville, wanted to impact the lives of children around the world. So she took her love of music, recorded her own version of Come Thou Fount, and made the song available for download on NoiseTrade to benefit children. Ciera is donating 100% of the proceeds (or tips) from this song to GO Project.
“Doing a benefit song has been on my heart for a while, but I wasn’t sure about the organization or charity to give to. I didn’t want to just pick one out of a hat and call it good. I wanted it to be something I connected with…something I would want to tell others about. When I found out about The Global Orphan Project…I was touched by their work…I knew the proceeds were supposed to go to them. I’m so excited to share this song and donate as they impact the lives of these children.”
