Christine

Christine is the house mama at Father’s House Kabale, and she takes care of 9 boys in her home.

She says her boys are very good, and she thanks God for the time they have spent together. She prays that the Lord protects them, and that they become important people in future. They like studying and read well. She prays that those who don’t perform as well will catch up with others one day. The boys like participating in church activities both at home and at church. They also like reading and interpreting the Bible as a family. Christine explains, “Their behaviors are not the same, though some try copy others out of curiosity and peer influence.”

Christine has been at Father’s House for almost 5 years, as she started serving here in June of 2010. She grew up in Bukinda village and later relocated to Kabale town. Life was not the best for her family while growing up, and she says “life wasn’t the best until I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior.” She joined Father’s House and says her life hasn’t been the same since. She loves God, enjoys farming, computer skills and sewing. Her prayer request is that she takes care of her only child well, and that the boys in her family grow up into very important people.
