Our Story

It all started in 2003.

A businessman from Kansas City, Missouri, stepped through the doorway of an orphan home in southeast Asia. The children he met there left a life-defining mark on his heart.

Our Values

We are a Spirit Led Ministry.

We are not here together to do what we think is logical, rational and conformist. We exist to do what the Holy Spirit leads us to do: to execute the Ministry Circuit that He has given us.

Courage “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9.

The Lord gave this command to Joshua, just before leading Joshua to cross the Jordan – at flood stage – into the promised Land. This was the same Joshua who went with Caleb, and ten others, to scout the Promised Land. Two of the twelve – Joshua and Caleb – demonstrated courage that comes from unshakable trust. We will carry out our Assignment. And we do will do so with the courage of Joshua and Caleb.

Humility “I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.” John 13:15

Yes, we want to act with courageous faith, like Joshua and Caleb. But that doesn’t mean that we do so with brash arrogance. Quite the contrary. Jesus, the most courageous man that we know, said the above after He washed His disciples’ dirty feet. We shall follow His example in how we treat others. God has given us an upside-down ministry in which we serve the Orphan. He has given us a business with the Orphan as our shareholders. We humble ourselves to better understand and serve their best interests, to serve one another and to serve our partners, givers and customers. Spiritual revival happens in a low place. Our words and deeds shall originate from this place.

Excellence “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Col. 3:23.

The process is the point. We have been given an Assignment: to execute the Ministry Circuit centered on the Orphan. It is not enough to see it. It is not enough to talk about it. We must execute our daily tasks with a moment by moment, task by task, commitment to individual and collective excellence. In the seen and unseen. If we live this level of integrity, we will yield more Kingdom Fruit than we an ask or imagine. The process is the point!
