This role functions as an internal continuous improvement leader, working across every department to identify workflow friction, reduce manual work, and implement AI enabled solutions that expand staff capacity.

This role represents a strategic priority for GO Project’s next phase of operational scale, with executive leadership committed to embedding AI and automation into everyday organizational workflows. The Director begins as a hands on builder, rapidly prototyping and deploying practical automation and AI enabled workflows. Over time, the role will increasingly focus on architecture, standards, and scaling successful approaches across the organization.

Rooted in a pastoral heart and a deep understanding of the local church, this individual invites churches to actively engage in meeting real-time needs of children and families in crisis through CarePortal.

The Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Catholic Initiatives is senior-level leadership role responsible for stewarding and scaling CarePortal’s national Catholic initiatives while providing executive oversight of the organization’s Strategic Partnerships function.

This role exists to unlock the extraordinary potential of the Catholic Church as a frontline responder in the Care-Sharing movement, while also ensuring CarePortal’s most critical strategic partnerships are prioritized, aligned, and positioned for long-term impact. Catholic initiatives represent a protected priority of this role, aligned with dedicated funding and outcomes established through CarePortal’s Catholic Strategy investment.

The Senior Director directly manages Strategic Partnerships team members with distinct partnership portfolios and provides clarity, prioritization, and accountability across the partnership ecosystem. Over time, this function may expand to include additional strategists as opportunity and timing allow.

The Vice President of Customer Success is a senior executive leader responsible for defining, building, and scaling CarePortal’s Customer Success function to ensure customers are effectively activated, engaged, and growing in their impact over time.

Reporting to the COO, this role operates as a key member of the executive leadership team, working in close partnership with other Vice Presidents to drive organization-wide strategy, alignment, and execution. The VP of Customer Success ensures that CarePortal’s operating model translates into measurable outcomes: more requests met, stronger engagement, and sustained care for children and families.

This leader owns the full post-acquisition customer lifecycle, from onboarding through activation and ongoing success, ensuring that systems, teams, and processes are aligned to deliver a consistent, scalable, and mission-driven customer experience.

The VP of Customer Success plays a critical role in advancing organizational clarity, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and building the infrastructure required to scale CarePortal’s impact nationally.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures excellence in the organization’s recruitment and candidate screening processes while serving as a key ambassador of the GO Project’s mission and culture to all applicants. This role partners closely with department leaders and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, execute hiring strategies, and source top, mission-aligned talent across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing job openings within the applicant tracking system, posting, and maintaining career site listings, screening candidates for culture and capability alignment, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment workflow. The role also oversees pre-boarding activities, including offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation, and ensures accurate entry of new employee information into organizational systems.  The role will also include broader HR work including assisting with New Hire Orientation, Performance Management, HR reporting, and other company wide initiatives.

This role partners with the marketing team to plan and create visual content aligned with the organization’s brand strategy. Responsibilities include managing and evolving visual language, designing materials for both digital and print platforms, and leading web updates from concept to final publication. This position requires strong web design experience and works closely with both the Marketing (MarCom) and Advancement teams to shape the visual direction, user experience, and overall brand consistency, using independent creative judgment from initial concept through final execution across all projects.

The Global Orphan Project (GO Project) Brand & Content Strategist is a versatile creative leader who uses their talents to advance the mission of breaking the orphan cycle. Blending strategic thinking with strong content creation skills, this role is responsible for shaping and stewarding the organization’s brand voice across all channels. This role will create and curate high-quality, mission-driven content that reflects the heart and priorities of GO Project and its related brands. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, remain focused on measurable results, and lead content efforts to ensure alignment with marketing goals and key performance indicators. Success in this role means producing compelling, best-in-class content that strengthens brand presence, engages audiences, and drives meaningful impact.
