Poker for Orphans
At GO Project when we say, “You own this ministry,” we mean it, and we love it. Your creativity for kids knows no bounds! The dictionary defines creative as “resulting from originality of thought, expression, etc; originative; productive” Maybe they should have just put your picture next to the word?
In the last year or so, our GO Project family has painted pictures, written songs, skipped birthdays, thrown costume parties, hosted “boat rides,” talent shows, 5Ks; this January, one PhD student is walking across the country for orphaned and abandoned children (more on that later). We can’t stop smiling.
For those of you who prefer Rainman to Forrest Gump, Brad Boyle and friends are inviting you to leave your walking shoes at home, pull up a chair, put your chips where your mouth is, and play poker to benefit children. If you can’t count cards, come for dinner and enjoy the fun, December 10th. Ticket information and more detail provided below…
