GO’ings on in East Africa
Dr. Alison Barfoot, Executive Director of GO Africa in Uganda, often says, “At GO, we go!” She’s certainly right this week. Scott and Lynn Platter from Colonial are leading a team serving in Pothawira, Malawi. IV Whitman and architects from our friends at 360 are conducting mountain bike diplomacy in Kabale. Joe Knittig, Mike Mitchell, and Mark Dunn are in Kampala-based meetings around GO Exchange partnerships and GO Fund opportunities. Children are now in care in Ethiopia, as well as South Sudan. New sites are being considered in places like Bobi, Kafunjo, and Rumbek.
