GO Feed 100K

Bringing Kansas City together to pack 100,000 meals for children in need

go feed 100k - event

More than 700 volunteers packed nearly 100,000 meals in 3.5 hours at our first GO Feed event on May 13, 2017. From the team The Global Orphan Project and our partners caring for kids in need — THANK YOU. We were overwhelmed by the number of people willing to serve by packaging food for children around the world. With the pancake breakfast and fun music keeping us moving, this event turned into quite the party!

Our event partner, Feed My Starving Children, reported that 419 boxes of 90,504 meals left their warehouses on June 1 to be distributed to children around the world. The next people to touch the MannaPack bags GO Feed 100K volunteers work to fill will be the caretakers of orphaned and vulnerable children.

We hope you will join us to pack even more meals next year.

the food - go feed 100kFood scientists developed these all-vegetarian MannaPack meals to quickly reverse and prevent malnutrition. A power-packed formula of 20 vitamins and minerals—added to dried vegetables, soy protein, and rice—provides complete nutrition for a child to grow and thrive.
