GO Project Receives Highest Rating for Financial Health and TransparencyGO Project
Our team at The Global Orphan Project (GO Project) received a coveted 4/4-star rating from Charity Navigator, American’s independent charity evaluator. This is the eighth consecutive year GO Project has maintained this rating, placing us among only six percent of charitable organizations in the United States who have achieved the same consistent rating.
“We’re grateful for Charity Navigator’s emphasis on transparency and accountability for nonprofits. At GO Project, we view every donation as a gift that comes with both great opportunity and great responsibility. We answer both to God and to the donor community, as to how we invest their money to make a difference in the lives of children who need family.” — Trace Thurlby, GO Project President
What is Charity Navigator?
Charity Navigator exists to hold United States-based charities accountable. It helps charitable givers make intelligent giving decisions by providing in-depth, objective ratings and analysis of the financial health, accountability and transparency of America’s largest charities. Receiving four out of a possible four stars indicates that GO Project “exceeds industry standards and outperforms most charities in its Cause” and “adheres to good governance and other best practices that minimize the chance of unethical activities and consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way.”
Our commitment to you
Financial stewardship and transparency remain of utmost importance at GO Project. Our 100 percent commitment is made possible because of a generous group of anonymous donors who cover our administrative and fundraising costs. This ensures 100% of public donations are directed to our programs serving orphaned and vulnerable children.
