Cholera in Port Au Prince
This morning, news services all over the world reported the Cholera outbreak in Haiti has reached to the nation’s captial and most populous city, Port Au Prince.  Last week’s Tropical Storm Tomas created flood-like conditions across the country that made containing the disease more difficult. Today, doctors in Port Au Prince are treating more than 70 new cases.
This week’s GO Project team, led by Kevin Tews, is leaving for Haiti tomorrow. They will take 2,500 oral rehydration kits with them. These kits will be available should Cholera infect one of our villages. Please keep Kevin, his team, our GO Project children, and the country of Haiti in your prayers.ÂÂ
Thank you for your loving your neighbor!
