Celebrating A New Partner in the Congo!

God continues to work in all corners of the world! Recently we received this update from Alison Barfoot, GO Africa’s Executive Director, about a new partnership with a church in Bunia, Democratic Republic of the Congo.

From Alison: Rose (GO Africa’s Orphan Care Manager) had a very good time with the Management Committee; vision cast with them; prayed with the local church that will be loving and caring for the kids. You can read her report…We have a partnership with Boga Diocese in eastern Congo!

From Rose: I would like to inform you that the diocese of Boga (Yambi sub-parish/Bunia local church) has signed the MOU to partner with GO Project to be helped and empowered to look after her own children. The local church committee is made of 15 members. Last Sunday, I prayed at Yambi sub-parish (the local church where the village will be); this church can be a channel to bring hope and love to “the least of these”.
