A Beautiful Bulldozer?
Big Bulldozer? Sure. Brawny Bulldozer? Maybe if you’re taking a vocabulary test. Beautiful Bulldozer? Huh? When is a bulldozer beautiful? When “Toys for Joy” is involved.
“Toys for Joy” love the sight of children running and jumping. They love the sound of children laughing and playing. So “Toys for Joy” gives to build a soccer field and a play area for more than 500 children attending Rwere school in Kabale.
In mountainous southern Uganda, soccer balls roll down hill. Terraced land doesn’t provide a lot of room for hundreds of children to play tag, chase, red rover, or their Ugandan equivalents…but soon these children will have a place to do all that; whatever games they can invent, and that is beautiful indeed.
